Refund policy

1. Withdrawal Period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email):

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs.
Excluded from the refund are any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method different from our standard shipping option.

The refund will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that the goods have been returned — whichever occurs first.

4. Return of Goods

• You must return the goods no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal.
• The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
• The goods must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs:
  • Switzerland: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • International: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g. personalised items).
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed.
• Gift boxes that have already been opened.
